Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.
Conditions for Return / Exchange:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging
• Items with signs of wear, damage, or scent (e.g., perfume) will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility:
• In case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• ROSHD will only cover shipping if the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
